so since i have to send my headphones back to etymotic, i cant use the little carrying case that came with my headphones, i needed a skin to put on my shiny nano so the screen doesnt get ruined. though, i did need one, i was jsut trying to delay in inevidable.
i went to my local apple store and picked up this:

Griffin Wave for iPod Nano
I chose the Griffin Wave and so far pretty happy with it. Thought its only sitting in my dock looking purty. it was £20 and i think money well spent. Has a clear hard cover (except for a cut out for the click wheel) so the screen is adequately protected – which is good as that was my main concern. there are then two other pieces which cover the tops and bottoms so they are protected by a combination of silicone and hard plastic – to prevent any denting from accidental drops and the like (my old 1st gen nano hand a dent near where the charger plugged into) . hopefully that will extend the wear and tear. It did concern me when they moved back to the coloured brushed metal, how the bottoms of the display models did not wear well. im hoping this will not be the case with mine. especially as i hope to sell it later down the line when and if i upgrade.
anyways just thought id share. like i said so far, so good.
